Kiddicott Farmhouse is traditionally spacious, giving guests their own dining room overlooking the gardens and orchard. All the bedrooms have rural views, with en-suite bathrooms together with all the usual complimentary comforts.We have plenty of secure parking and can easily accommodate horse and boat trailers.

Kiddicott Farm is also an ideal location for informal business meetings. Relaxing surroundings in the light and spacious lounge with direct access into the gardens and fields beyond. Guaranteed privacy and peace could inspire the most difficult of business consultations. Morning coffee, light lunches and afternoon teas could be made available.

Our tariff:

It is very important that your stay with us is comfortable.  Please tell us of any special requirements prior to your arrival.

2. •  £35 per person per night sharing two or more nights

3. •  £55 single occupancy one night only

4. •  £50 single occupancy two or more nights

Straight across roundabout, follow signs to Sidmouth and Westpoint — A3052
Pass St Bridget’s Garden Centre on Right
Take next right into Oil Mill Lane
Travel for approximately 4 minutes, over two small hump-bridges, turn into un-named lane on left.  Names of properties at the beginning of this lane.
Travel to very end of the lane and bear left around the bend into Kiddicott Farm yard.
